The MEGA Bike returns to Assiniboine Park for a legendary 29-person ride in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg’s youth mentoring programs and services! There will be 8 rides in total on event day of approximately 45 minutes per ride.
MEGABike is a 29-person bicycle — and a powerful symbol of what’s possible when a community pedals together toward change. This one-of-a-kind, human-powered experience brings coworkers, clients, family, and friends together for an unforgettable team-building event, all in support of children and youth in our community.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg believes in the limitless potential of every young person. When you hop on the iconic big teal MEGABike with your team, you’re doing more than riding, you’re helping ignite that potential in local youth through the power of mentorship.
The need in our community continues to grow. Right now, more than 100 youth are waiting for the chance to be matched with a mentor. Without the financial resources to expand our program capacity, that waitlist will continue to increase — leaving too many young people without the support they deserve.
