Christmas Miracle 2024

‘Tis the season for the Christmas Cheer Board to deliver food, toys and holiday cheer to families in need. The Cheer Board prides themselves on being non-denominational – supporting Manitobans across all cultures and beliefs. To make the season merrier for less fortunate members of our community, the Cheer Board will once again provide families with grocery hampers and gifts for children 14 years of age and under.

To help fulfil this need, Country 99, along with 680 CJOB, Power 97 and Global News, will set up near the food court at St. Vital Centre, November 29th and 30th for this year’s Christmas Miracle. If you’re able to assist with donations of cash, new unwrapped toys or non-perishable food items, please consider dropping them off for the Cheer Board, who will deliver everything collected later this December. In return for any in-person donation, you can enter to win some great stocking stuffers including tickets to Jelly RollRiverdance or Sum 41.

Hours of operation:

FRIDAY (7 AM – 9 PM)

SATURDAY (9 AM – 6 PM)

There will be Tip Tap Pay machines on-site for easy, cashless transactions.

If you’re unable to join us, you can make a donation online.

You can also visit our friends at Wash Method (690 St. Anne’s Road) now until November 30th to donate or drop-off gifts.

If you or someone you know could use a helping hand this holiday season, please click here to learn more about hamper application.

Let’s make spirits bright for everyone this holiday season!
